Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPTOR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,959 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYT2, TLK2, and ENDOV. Each is linked with RPTOR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RPTOR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPTOR versus PCYT2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
