Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPTOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLSPN, MTHFD1, and DCLRE1B. Each is linked with RPTOR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RPTOR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLSPN grouped by RPTOR-low versus RPTOR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
