Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPTOR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, INPP4B, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with RPTOR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RPTOR results are reported.
