Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPTOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,258 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPTOR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with RPTOR in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RPTOR results are reported.
