Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPTOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,605 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF145, SLC16A14, and REEP4. Each is linked with RPTOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-RPTOR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF145 grouped by RPTOR-low versus RPTOR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
