Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPTN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPTN data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPTN Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPTN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RPTN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
