The most reproducible RPTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX6, RNU6-1256P, and YBX1P2. Each is linked with RPTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTN-to-partner and partner-to-RPTN results are reported.
