Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGD, TEX26, and PRR20B. Each is linked with RPTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPTN-to-partner and partner-to-RPTN results are reported.
