The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPSAP9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSAP9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where RPSAP9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
