RPSAP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,936 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP12, RPSAP4, and RPSA. Each is linked with RPSAP9 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP9-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP9 versus RPSAP12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
