RPSAP75

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP75 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP75-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPN, LEO1_S658, and TFIP11. Each is linked with RPSAP75 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP75-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP75 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP75 versus SPN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP75→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP75) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
