Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSAP7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPSAP7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RPSAP7 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSAP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and BRCA show a favorable association.

UVM, BRCA, and STAD are the cancer types where RPSAP7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
