RPSAP69

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,426 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP69-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH6, UBXN7, and WNK2. Each is linked with RPSAP69 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP69-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP69 versus MSH6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP69→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
