Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSAP54 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPSAP54 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RPSAP54 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSAP54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where RPSAP54 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
