RPSAP52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,011 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGA2, IGF2BP2, and HMGA2_S101. Each is linked with RPSAP52 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP52-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP52 versus HMGA2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
