Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,812 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP46-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Protein localization to mitochondrion, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with RPSAP46 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP46-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP46 results are reported.
