RPSAP36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,471 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, GAB1, and TNS1_Y339. Each is linked with RPSAP36 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP36-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP36 versus SEPTIN7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
