RPSAP35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,641 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BMPR2_S863, TRIM2_S428, and NBEA_S1321. Each is linked with RPSAP35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP35-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP35 versus BMPR2_S863 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
