RPSAP32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,135 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, TLN2_T1843, and MPRIP. Each is linked with RPSAP32 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP32-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP32 versus PRKG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
