RPSAP29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,815 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, CARHSP1, and EHD1. Each is linked with RPSAP29 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP29-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP29 versus ZFR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
