RPSAP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,381 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRCC, RPRD2, and CDC5L. Each is linked with RPSAP21 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP21-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
