RPSAP18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,785 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC15A4, SPIN1, and EIF3M. Each is linked with RPSAP18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP18-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
