Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSAP14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPSAP14 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RPSAP14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSAP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and STAD are the cancer types where RPSAP14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
