RPSAP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,166 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL15, RPSA, and CNOT10. Each is linked with RPSAP14 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP14 versus RPL15 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
