RPSAP14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-862P, RNU6-1336P, and HMGN1P19. Each is linked with RPSAP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-862P grouped by RPSAP14-low versus RPSAP14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
