RPSAP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,562 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7AP6, RPS7P1, and RPS15AP1. Each is linked with RPSAP12 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP12-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP12 versus RPL7AP6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
