Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,631 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRB10_S104, NOP56, and SRP72. Each is linked with RPS9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS9 versus GRB10_S104 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
