Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,342 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, TNRC6C, and TAPT1. Each is linked with RPS9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS9 results are reported.
