Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, Notch1, and Tuberin. Each is linked with RPS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS9 results are reported.
