RPS9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,528 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hemidesmosome assembly, Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with RPS9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Hemidesmosome assembly grouped by RPS9-low versus RPS9-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
