Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS8P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS8P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPS8P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS8P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CHOL show a favorable association.
STAD, LIHC, and MESO are the cancer types where RPS8P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
