Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,819 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB1, KLHDC1, and DIXDC1. Each is linked with RPS8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS8-to-partner and partner-to-RPS8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS8 versus APBB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
