Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, p70-S6K_pT389, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RPS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS8-to-partner and partner-to-RPS8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by RPS8-low versus RPS8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
