Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,529 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Endosomal transport, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with RPS8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS8-to-partner and partner-to-RPS8 results are reported.
