Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS7P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,432 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS7P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1B2P6, RPL13AP20, and RPS15AP1. Each is linked with RPS7P3 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS7P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS7P3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS7P3 versus EEF1B2P6 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS7P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS7P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
