RPS7P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS7P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,271 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS7P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOL6, NUP93, and UTP25. Each is linked with RPS7P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS7P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS7P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS7P1 versus NOL6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS7P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS7P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
