Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS7 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPS7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where RPS7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
