Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,203 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7L1, MPHOSPH10, and WDR36. Each is linked with RPS7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS7 versus RPL7L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
