Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,190 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMCN, ADH1B, and IL1RL1. Each is linked with RPS7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS7 versus EMCN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
