RPS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4G2P, MIR4748, and RNU6-1261P. Each is linked with RPS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4G2P grouped by RPS7-low versus RPS7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
