Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and 14-3-3_zeta. Each is linked with RPS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RPS7-low versus RPS7-high in UCEC.
