RPS6P25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS6P25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, BCAS2, and DDX17. Each is linked with RPS6P25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6P25-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6P25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6P25 versus ZFR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6P25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6P25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
