Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,294 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCL1, PDE1B, and NAP1L2. Each is linked with RPS6KC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KC1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KC1 versus PLCL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
