The most reproducible RPS6KC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Golgi vesicle transport, and Positive regulation of viral process. Each is linked with RPS6KC1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KC1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KC1 results are reported.
