Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 806 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-820P, MIR615, and TRAJ26. Each is linked with RPS6KB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KB2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-820P grouped by RPS6KB2-low versus RPS6KB2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
