Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS6KB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,805 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAAX-box protein processing, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with RPS6KB2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KB2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KB2 results are reported.
