Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS6KA6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS6KA6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RPS6KA6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

MESO, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPS6KA6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
