The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPS6KA5 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KICH, and PCPG are the cancer types where RPS6KA5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
