Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,807 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, RPL5, and FNDC3B. Each is linked with RPS6KA5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KA5 versus UBR7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
