The most reproducible RPS6KA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R13B, GSTZ1, and GDAP1. Each is linked with RPS6KA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA5 results are reported.
